I had never heard of Schwans until I got a coupon for $25 off your first order in something I ordered in the mail. I was very excited about the service and placed a large order for a family gathering.
They would not accept the coupon. I talked to a live chat person but they cut me off when they couldn't answer my questions. I sent an email. No response.
I went ahead and ordered without the coupon as I was having a family gathering. They changed the delivery time to the next day and left me scrambling for food to feed my company. I canceled the order.
$25 was more important than honoring their word and more important than customer satisfaction. I don't want to do business with a company like that.
