Waited all day for my order to get delivered it never came. Still waiting and it is 6:26 pm. So where is the delivery truck with my order.

Yellohs corporate takeover has ruined everything we loved about Schwans. The recipes have changed, and the portions are smaller.specifically the Breakfast Burrio and the Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwhich (which says 4oz, but only weighs 3.2oz.) The Ice Cream cones specify 3.5oz, but weigh 2.6oz) Every time the Henry Ford/Sam Walton corporate business model is implemented in ANY industry, goods and services decline in quality and size. We use to spend hundreds of dollars a month on Schwans food. However, that will no longer be the case. Im taking my business elsewhere, this is ridiculous I will be filing a lawsuit for false advertisement and theft User's recommendation: Shop Elsewhere!!!!

Discontinued 4 oz individually wrapped chicken breasts

I have used these breasts for years. If I want garbage chicken breasts, I can get them much cheaper at Walmart. BIG MISTAKE!!! Please bring back #502.

one of your drivers just ren the stop sign on 17th and oaks in Everett WA 98201 and came so close to hitting me I had to slam on my breaks so fast my little dog came flying from the back seat and slammed into my dashboard hard my dog is still yelp about it I'm pretty upset and I hope my dog didn't have internal injuries 7:15 PM

I was expecting an order yesterday between 3 and 6 PM. I received a message at 6:30 PM saying my order was canceled ? A new email was sent saying they are delivering my order on March 3rd. I also cannot get through to your 1-888 phone number at all what is going on, I am not happy. We were expecting to make dinner with our oder last night

User's recommendation: Yes the did end up delivering and gave a $10 coupon. There phone number still does not work for canadian customers. I think with so many snowbirds they can make their phone number work. Thank you.

Order #28638**** placed 12/31/22 for delivery Friday, 1/6/23 not showing on the site

I received a confirmation email for an order placed yesterday. However, it's not showing on the site at all. There's no order showing in the dropdown, the pending orders, or deliveries. It shows 0 pending & 0 upcoming deliveries. I called yesterday when I saw this. The man I spoke with, assured me that my order was there. I explained it was not showing anywhere, but he insisted it would be delivered. The email I received has order #28638**** on it. I hope my order pending. I had the $5 off thanku code, & a lot of the 30% & sale items no longer in effect. The only thing showing on the site, is under rewards. It shows $10.00 pending delivery reward dollars, which I used on my order. I do appreciate Schwan's. I'm elderly, not in good health, & receive absolutely everything through online shopping, no contact deliveries. I have no one physically shopping for me either. Thank you very much for your assistance. User's recommendation: The problem was rectified

went to order and has to wait for several minutes Schwan's has decide to leave behind the older customer only phone orders which is horrible not able to receive rewards this week most of friends do not use a computer nor do I like to has to borrow a friends computer to do this so went they had the rewards special of 15 for 50 i was unable to order called the driver he said he could deliver the order of $400 but I would not get the special rewards please bring back the books

Order placed not showing on site

Two customer service people assured me the order was there. The order is showing now in pending & upcoming deliveries. It took 3 days for it to show on my end. I was seeing zero orders & zero pending deliveries. I've never had this happen in all the years I've been using Schwan's. I'm glad the glitch was straightened out. Thanks!

User's recommendation: I was concerned that if I waited too long, the delivery date would come & my order wouldn't be delivered. But I guess this time, I would have been safe to be patient, & wait & see.

I had two separate orders that I wanted to combine and the total of that was 51.54 and it was still charging me $1.75 for delivery fee
