the driver showed up very late but i get the feeling that he was not notified as his text read that my order 'just showed up' at the end of his route. i am in no way blaming my driver but i'm still upset as to how customer service handled my calls.

I contacted Customer Service twice. The first person said the driver was really backed but could not tell me why.
The second person said that the driver had 4 more deliveries before me. That was an hour and a half ago. Now we have no dinner. I'm very disappointed that a courtesy call or text could not be made to inform us of the delay.
The delivery is usually always made by one. I usually come home at at 4 and the delivery is already here.
It is now 6:45pm and he's still not here. I am a long time customer and deserve at least a phone call.
