Ordered delivered and charge to credit card on 1/4/17. Following night received alert on phone 1/5/17 a second charge for same amount.
Called Schwans, was told can not speak to billing dept and a email will be sent to billing. It would take 5 to 7 days for billing to call me back about over charge.. Called next day and again asked to speak to billing, was told cannot speak to billing on credit card and email would be sent. This time told it takes 24 to 48 hrs for billing to read email and then they would contact me.
So this is 3rd time having trouble with billing.
Done with Schwans. Never ordering again.
