Anytime I see a shwans truck I always buy a box of ice cream sandwiches, it's kinda a childhood thing for me. I've been doing this for years!
Well just today for the first time I was denied the purchase simply because handing me a box of ice cream sandwiches and swiping my card would take to long. This blew me away! What company would deny a sale simply because its gunna take a few extra moments. This to me was a signal of lazy unprofessional employee.
Basically saying "my time is more important than yours" this is a terrible practice considering as a kid this is how I came to know and love the products. I usually give away 3-8 of them to the local kids around us and to my employees in the neighbor I'm working right after I buy them. This very much upset me because he had plenty of time to hand me a magazine and explain how to order online.
He's right infront of me and I have my card! But couldn't hand me a box of ice cream sandwiches.
