I was suppose to receive my order Thursday between 8am and 8 pm. I didn't receive the order Thursday after staying home all day to get my order. I left Friday morning for the weekend, and tried to talk to someone and tell them NOT to bring it Fri., Sat., or Sunday. Of course I couldn't get ahold of anyone, but did leave two messages. As of yet I have received not word from them, but they did send me this survey to fill out. I'm not a happy camper with Schwan's at this moment.

I don't like it, have to search for the number. I called and it hung up on me. Needs to be contact numbers where an elderly person can find it on the website without a hassle.
Luckily I forgot the really nice Schwans guy, Glen gave my Mother his number and I called him and he helped with no problem.
