Ridiculous, you are looking at a company who is moving backwards

Schwan's is supposedly about making sure the customer gets the product they want when they want it. So why is it that Schwans is moving the majority of their product to 'preorder only'? That means that we (the consumer) can't ask for an item on a whim if the driver shows up and it sounds good. Nope, we have to either go online (the elderly will love this) and make an account on their site so we get spammed endlessly on our emails, or call up and talk to their idiotic representatives. On top of that my driver tells me they are in the process of redoing their entire method of changing next planner run dates and their entire pay structure (in a way that screws the drivers over). They tried this whole preorder only thing about 2 years ago....it FAILED miserably. Sounds like they had a leadership overhaul and all the noobies are making the exact same mistakes.

So much for convenience....
